Tedora Hacker Academy is a cybersecurity training academy focused on practical, industry-oriented cybersecurity education. We are looking for passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Trainers who can deliver hands-on training and mentor students toward successful cybersecurity careers.

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer with strong practical knowledge and proven training experience.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Penetration Testing and Security Operations, along with knowledge of Python and Cloud Security. The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, scenario-based training and preparing students for real-world cybersecurity roles.

3.Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and hands-on cybersecurity training through live classes and technical labs.
- Train students in cybersecurity concepts, tools, methodologies, and real-world scenarios.
- Conduct practical exercises, workshops, labs, assessments, and technical sessions.
- Provide hands-on training in Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking.
- Train students in Security Operations / SOC, monitoring, analysis, and incident-handling concepts.
- Guide students through cybersecurity projects, assignments, and practical challenges.
- Help students understand and work with industry-standard cybersecurity tools.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Prepare students for cybersecurity interviews and industry requirements.
- Keep course content and training materials updated according to current cybersecurity trends and industry practices.




- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual technical guidance where required.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams regarding upcoming batches and student requirements.
- Participate in workshops, bootcamps, cybersecurity events, projects, and R&D; activities.

4.Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Training.
- Strong hands-on experience in Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking.
- Hands-on experience in Security Operations / SOC.
- Strong understanding of Networking, Linux, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of Python and its application in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and Cloud Security.
- Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training rather than purely theoretical sessions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing cybersecurity professionals.

5.Preferred Certifications Candidates holding internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred, including:

- CEH , CSA, CPENT, CompTIA Security+ , CompTIA PenTest+

Candidates with multiple relevant certifications and strong practical experience will be preferred. 6.Technical Skills

7.Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have a combination of:

2+ years training experience + hands-on penetration testing + hands-on SOC/security operations + Python + Cloud knowledge.
