We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely assistance. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, resolving basic issues, updating customer information, and coordinating with the internal team when required.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls, messages, and queries • Provide accurate information and support to customers • Resolve basic customer issues and follow up when required • Maintain customer details and records • Coordinate with relevant teams for customer requirements • Maintain professional and positive communication with customers Requirements:
- Good communication skills • Basic computer knowledge • Customer-friendly attitude • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
