The selected candidates will interact with customers through chat, understand their queries, and provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and written communication.
- Provide accurate information and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining response quality.
- Maintain professional written communication and proper grammar.

- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
