Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle domestic calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.

- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions or alternatives.

- Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, or cancellations efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in BPO voice process (domestic calling) or similar industry.

- Strong communication skills for effective outbound calling and telephone etiquette.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
