Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness for Cellcronic’s solar hybrid inverters and energy storage solutions through integrated sales and marketing strategies.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and customer meetings, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline promotional activities, developing sales collateral, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate product positioning. The Sales Marketing Manager will track market trends, analyze competitor activity, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and meet revenue targets.
