Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Head of Marketing to design and run Indexed's B2B marketing and demand funnel end-to-end — not manage isolated channels or campaigns, but own the whole system from visibility through to pipeline.
This is a director role from day one. You'll build and lead a 5–6 person content team to execute against real outcomes, rather than personally producing content yourself. We're specifically looking for someone with real agency marketing experience — who understands how agencies market and sell themselves,
not just B2B marketing in general — and who treats this as a visibility and perception problem first, performance marketing second. Content-led growth (SEO/AEO, thought leadership, borrowed audience) is the core lever, not a supporting tactic.
Indexed competes with American tier-1 agencies, not local ones, and we need someone who instinctively gets that and makes calls that reflect it — genuinely creative, with real taste for premium positioning, never defaulting to generic or budget-looking output.
What You'll DoOwn the demand funnel end-to-end
• Design and implement Indexed's full B2B marketing/demand funnel — from top-of-funnel visibility through to pipeline handoff — rather than running channels or campaigns in isolation
• Treat content-led growth (SEO/AEO, thought leadership, borrowed audience) as the core lever, with performance marketing supporting it, not leading it
