Job Summary
Apollo 24|7 is looking for analytical and detail-oriented Apprentices to join its Business Operations team, supporting Diagnostic Business Operations and Fulfillment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales reports and diagnostic order reports.
Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), cancellations and pending orders.
Analyze operational data, identify trends and discrepancies, and support business performance tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Maintain Excel-based reports,
dashboards and operational trackers.
Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of MIS reporting, Power BI or business operations is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate: Fresher with strong Excel and analytical skills, a proactive attitude and an interest in business operations.
