Role Summary
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and administration of the Alteryx platform with a focus on production support. Manages incident responses, vulnerability remediation, and platform monitoring across Linux and Windows settings.
What Youll Do
Install, maintain, and administer the Alteryx platform
Provide production support for Alteryx applications
Manage incidents, ensure communication and resolution by SLA
Remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner
Monitor workflows and ensure proactive alerting for production applications
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
Experience with Alteryx administration and production support
Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms
Basic Java knowledge for workflow automation and monitoring
Incident management skills
Experience in vulnerability management
Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
Knowledge of Splunk
Knowledge of AppDynamics
