This internship is intended for candidates with a foundational understanding of Analog IC Design who want to gain practical exposure to transistor-level circuit design, simulation and analysis.

College Students / Recent Graduates
Responsibilities
Positive understanding of MOSFET fundamentals and device characteristics
Basic knowledge of analog circuit design
Ability to understand and create transistor-level schematics
Knowledge of DC, AC and transient analysis
Familiarity with bias circuits, current mirrors, differential amplifiers and basic analog building blocks
Basic understanding of PVT corners and parametric analysis
Working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and circuit simulation tools
Ability to interpret simulation results and basic circuit performance parameters
Robust interest in Analog IC Design and semiconductor engineering
