Role & responsibilities
Primary and Secondary achievement for month/Quarterly as per targets
12 Market days per month working to check the findings shared by TM/ASE on brand availability and service related feedback to Distributor.
Top 20SKU Zero stockout in 95% parties at month end.
Maximise coverage of markets (towns) and outlets in his Region.
Timely submission of commercial compliance documents and settlement of RD/SD claims
SFA monitoring and feedback on team perofrmance
Distributor attrition should be Less than 5% target
Ensure execution of sales promotion activities at par with companys plan.
Conduct JC meeting every month , discuss sales plan ,give FF confidence and input to achieve their goals.
Report competition activities to Zonal Head/Regional Sales Manager at regular basis.
Forecast the business in advance and do the RSF accordingly in line with company targets.




Improve Team members performance productivity and reducing expenses.
Keep assessing strength and weaknesses of FF and RDs and impact regular training to increase the efficiency.
Smart utilisation of spent for better sales

Roles & Responsibilities Planning primary & secondary sales of the territory every month as per the potential of the markets, forecasting stocks , ensuring timely collections, finding gaps in the market and getting it fulfilled , calling on top outlets with FF , designing schemes for the month , deliver the month plan. Ensuring timely claim submission, increasing coverage as per company norms. Full fill manpower gaps. Engaging FF and RDs for earning rewards .Proper implementation of Aadhar and Bizome
