Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Brand Manager to lead branding and marketing initiatives for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate branding, campaign management, project launches, vendor coordination, and both offline and digital marketing. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's brand presence and ensure consistent communication across all marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute branding strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, print, outdoor, radio, events, and site branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across brochures, hoardings, sales galleries, project branding, social media, websites,



and all marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Design, Digital Marketing, and Business Development teams for project launches and promotional activities.
• Manage project launch campaigns, exhibitions, customer engagement events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, production houses, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, AVs, walk-through videos, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and branding trend analysis within the real estate industry.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and recommend improvements based on campaign analytics.
• Manage branding budgets, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of all branding activities while maintaining quality standard
