Roles & Responsibilities:
Checking correctness of drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design coordination with external consultants must.
Liaise
Exp. will be an added advantage.
Making site visit and coordinate with team for site survey
Design and producing building proposal based on local norms and retail layout standards
Should have thorough knowledge of valuable construction practices & construction materials. Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD
Shall be responsible to coordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverables
Wherever required shall coordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained
Should have positive exposure to the design of commercial buildings.
Should experience in handling and managing team of Architect and Draughtsman for delivering multiple project.
