JD – SPIF Architect / ConsultantExperience: 5–7+ years
Solid hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Spiff, including incentive/commission configuration.
Proven experience integrating Spiff with Salesforce, including data flows and integrations.
Experience leading requirements, workshops, solution design, and stakeholder discussions.
Must be able to demonstrate specific hands-on SPIF implementation examples, including their role, technical approach, challenges, and outcomes.
Availability to join within 30–45 days as CW or FTE.
