About the RoleDesignXR is looking for a Business Development Executive Intern who wants to gain practical experience in sales, business development, customer communication, CRM, digital marketing, and content development.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the team to understand potential clients, communicate with schools and educational institutions, manage leads, conduct follow-ups, analyze data, and support marketing campaigns.
You will not just learn business development theoretically — you will get the opportunity to work on real leads, real campaigns, real conversations, and real business problems.

What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means being able to:
• Communicate confidently with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Maintain and manage leads effectively using CRM tools.
• Conduct qualified telecalling and follow-ups.
• Understand the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.
• Analyze lead and campaign data to identify helpful insights.
• Support Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.




• Create and support social media and marketing content.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently follow through.
