Role & responsibilities
Drive sales growth across South India by developing new markets and increasing brand presence.
Manage and expand relationships with retail customers alongside allocated key accounts.
Coordinate eAectively with the regional sales team and senior management to align strategies.
Identify current business prospects and support market development initiatives.
Provide regular updates on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 34 years in sales, preferably in specialty chemicals (detergents, personal care industries).
Robust understanding of retail and B2B customer dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams.
Willingness to travel across South India as required.
Language Proficiency: Tamil (must), English (must), Hindi (Optional)
