Position: Assistant Manager Sales

Job location: Bangalore

Experience: Relevant 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field will be an advantage from TIC industry, EdTech, Educational Institutes, Training industry preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

Identify and pursue recent business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Generate leads, prospect for new business, and actively seek out opportunities to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain client relationships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand their needs, provide product/service information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.



Follow up on proposals, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide feedback from clients to assist in product/service enhancements.
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and succeed in a competitive environment.
Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work workplace.
