Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA) segment.
Build solid relationships with key decision-makers at HORECA establishments to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements - Mandatory:
Only candidates having a robust client base / network in North India will be considered.
Must have prior work experience in Dairy, Spices, and FMCG products.
Must have excellent relationships with Store Managers, Purchase Managers, and key decision-makers of Hotels, Dhabas, and Restaurants.
Proven experience in the HORECA sales channel is compulsory.
