Role: Assistant Manager (CA Only)

Experience: 2 Years Post-CA

Roles & Responsibility:
Conduct Internal Audits and Process Reviews across business functions.
Perform IFC testing and review the effectiveness of internal controls.
Prepare and update Risk Control Matrices (RCM/RACM).
Identify control gaps and coordinate with process owners for closure.
Review and improve SOPs and business processes.
Track audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Conduct data analysis to identify process and control gaps.
Prepare audit reports, findings and management presentations

Eligibility
CA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Hands-on experience in Internal Audit and IFC is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or related industries are preferred.
Hands-on experience in IFC Testing / Control Testing.
Experience in RCM/RACM, Risk Assessment and Process Reviews.
