Role Description The Assistant Food Beverage Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik. This position supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet services, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.

Responsibilities include supervising food service teams, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and assisting in menu implementation and promotions. The role involves engaging with guests to address service needs, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
Strong food service and food & beverage operations skills, with experience in restaurant or resort settings.
Demonstrated customer service abilities, including handling guest interactions and resolving issues professionally.
Experience in staff training and coaching to maintain service standards and operational procedures.
Basic budgeting and cost control skills, with the ability to support inventory management and revenue goals.
Good leadership and team management capabilities, with an organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in hospitality.
Preferably a diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field, and prior experience in a supervisory food & beverage role.
