: Telesales Executive. We are seeking a energetic and target-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Service Executive. This role combines sales and client services, involving proactive lead generation, service support, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to leads and customers over phone/email. Introduce products/services and convert leads into sales. Handle customer inquiries, provide service support, and ensure high satisfaction. Maintain a database of interactions and manage the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Handling.

Language Proficiency: Tamil & English (Fluent/Professional proficiency is mandatory).



Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam) is an added advantage.

Required Skills: Strong inside sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and build long-term relationships. Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
