About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to be the voice of Deconstruct and help create a great experience for every consumer.

This role is not just about answering queries or closing tickets. It’s about understanding customer concerns, solving problems with empathy and turning customer conversations into meaningful insights.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to customer experience, D2C operations, skincare products and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to orders, products, returns and refunds.




- Resolve customer concerns through chat, email and calls.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on open queries.
- Track basic support metrics like TAT, CSAT and resolution rate.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of at least one regional language is preferred.
- Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling calls, chats and multiple queries.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
