We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Kharar, Punjab.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: International Voice

Location: Kharar, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Week Off: Rotational

Job Type: Full time

Joining: Within 1 Week

Cab: Available up to 25 km

JOB ROLE: You will handle calls from international customers.

Your work will include

- Speaking with customers over the phone
- Understanding their queries and concerns
- Providing the correct information
- Helping customers with their requests
- Handling calls politely and professionally
- Following the required process and company guidelines

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

WHO CAN APPLY:

- 12th Pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates from BPO, customer support, customer care or voice process can apply
- Excellent spoken English is required
- Good listening and customer handling skills
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts




- Comfortable with rotational week offs
- Immediate joiners are preferred

SALARY & FACILITIES:

- Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 per month

SELECTION PROCESS: All interview rounds will be completed on the same day.

Profile and English communication check.

2. Operations Manager Round

Discussion about the role and customer handling.

3. Assessment Round

Process-related assessment.

Candidates who clear all required rounds will be selected for the next joining process.

JOINING & DOCUMENTATION: Selected candidates will join within 1 week of selection.

Documentation and joining formalities will also be completed during this one-week period.

Candidates should keep their required documents ready.

IMPORTANT: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
