PF: Available The job involves handling calls from international customers.

You will speak with customers, understand their queries, provide the required information and help with their concerns.

Good English communication is required for this role. Candidates should be comfortable speaking in English and understanding customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls for the international process.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Give correct information to customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper call quality and customer service standards.
- Follow the process guidelines and company policies.
- Complete assigned performance and quality targets.

Eligibility:





- 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in customer support, BPO or voice process is also considered.
- Good spoken English and listening skills.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts.
- Comfortable with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office in Chandigarh.

Interview Process: There will be 3 rounds:

1. HR Round

Basic profile discussion and communication check.

2. Operations Manager Round

Discussion related to the role and customer handling.

3. Assessment Round

Process-related assessment.

Candidates clearing all three rounds will be taken forward for joining.
