Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests. The individual will track and document customer interactions, escalate technical or complex issues when needed, and follow up to confirm resolution and satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining service standards, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, providing product and service information,



and gathering feedback to help improve customer experience and internal processes.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Experience providing Online Support, including handling queries across digital channels.
- Exposure to Technical Support, with the ability to understand and relay basic technical information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software; prior experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
