We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Blended Process supporting Banking & Financial Services clients . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services domain and strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and support the client.

Assist customers with banking and financial service-related concerns.

Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, payments, cards, and digital banking.

Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain high-quality customer service standards and achieve productivity metrics.





Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, BFSI, Finance, or Financial Customer Support.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
