Role Summary The Customer Support Associate is the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries with warmth and clarity and helping them find the right natural wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Answer questions about products, usage, orders, and delivery.
- Resolve complaints and follow up until the issue is closed.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.




- Work with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Meet service quality and incentive targets.

Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, with working English preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- A patient, friendly, and customer-first attitude.
- Prior customer support or telecalling experience is a plus, and freshers may be welcome.
- Willingness to work from the Indore office.
