We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle client communication, generate leads, manage follow-ups, assist with payment collection, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Understand client requirements, answer basic queries, and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support business development and client conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure timely follow-up on ongoing requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending and outstanding payments, record payment commitments, and coordinate with the concerned team regarding collection status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and payment updates in the CRM.
- Handle client objections and payment-related discussions professionally.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and payment-collection targets.
- Prepare and submit required daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualification
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, payment collection, or business development will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, disciplined, customer-focused, target-oriented, and willing to learn, with strong communication and follow-up abilities. Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
