We are looking for a Customer Success & Insurance Sales Associate to be the first voice our US customers hear when they need help.

Youll represent Soma Insurance, understand what customers actually need, help them with their existing insurance, and recommend the right insurance solutions.

What you’ll do

- Be the first point of contact for inbound US customer requests.
- Understand customer needs and figure out the best solution.
- Help customers with their existing insurance questions.
- Recommend insurance products that actually fit their needs.
- Make complex insurance stuff easy to understand.
- Handle objections, build trust, and drive sales.
- Work with internal teams to solve tricky customer issues.
- Hit customer experience, quality, productivity & sales goals.
- Keep customer information and interactions updated in our systems.

You’ll fit right in if you...
- Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service,



inside sales, insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Are genuinely outstanding at communication — especially spoken English.
- Can confidently chat with US customers.
- Are naturally curious and good at asking the right questions.
- Love solving problems instead of saying, “Not my job.”
- Can handle objections without losing your cool.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Have experience with US customers or insurance? Even better.

The important bit This is a work-from-office role in Bengaluru.

Your workday will align with the US market:

5:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST

So yes, you’ll be a night owl.

But you’ll also get the opportunity to work directly with US customers and build serious skills in customer success, insurance, and sales.
