Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success / Client Relationship Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for client communication, understanding recruitment requirements, sharing company profiles and proposals, discussing and negotiating commercials, coordinating with the recruitment team, following up on interviews and feedback, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Connect with new and existing clients for IT staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Understand clients' technical hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Present and share the company profile, recruitment services, and capabilities with prospective clients.
- Prepare and share recruitment proposals, commercial terms, and service details.
- Discuss and negotiate recruitment fees, payment terms, replacement terms, and other commercial conditions with clients.




- Coordinate with management for final commercial approval wherever required.
- Coordinate client requirements with the internal IT recruitment team.
- Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.
- Follow up with clients for CV shortlisting, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding open requirements and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate between clients, recruiters, and candidates for smooth interview and selection processes.
- Support client onboarding, agreement, NDA, vendor registration, and documentation processes.
- Identify new hiring requirements and additional business opportunities from existing clients.
- Maintain MIS for requirements, CV submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer/client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment preferred.
- MBA in HR or Marketing.
- Understanding of the complete IT recruitment/staffing lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical positions.
- Strong client handling and customer relationship skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in proposal sharing and commercial discussions.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of Excel, MIS, and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience working in an IT staffing company, recruitment consultancy, or RPO and who have handled client communication, requirement gathering, proposal sharing, commercial negotiation, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups will be preferred.Joining Date0- 15 days
