The specialist will handle basic technical support requests, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow established procedures to ensure consistent service.

This role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining professional communication standards, and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and service quality.

- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette, including courteous behavior, clear speech, and effective call handling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or helpdesk software, strong written communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, familiarity with offshore or BPO environments, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
