About the Role

BT Group is looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Openreach team as a Customer Service Support Advisor. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer queries, handling escalations, supporting finance-related processes, and ensuring service commitments are met while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service across multiple products and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage escalations and complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support finance-related activities including reporting, invoicing, refunds, and mailbox management.
- Ensure SLA adherence and escalate breaches where required.
- Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolutions.




- Build and maintain robust customer and stakeholder relationships.
