Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Services Executive to handle customer enquiries, sales queries, complaints, and after-sales support for our IoT products. The role will be the first point of contact for customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Verify customer and device details and classify enquiries appropriately.
- Handle sales enquiries regarding product features, variants, and approved pricing.
- Record leads, enquiries, and complaints accurately in the CRM.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for mobile apps, connectivity, SIM, dashboards, and alerts.
- Register service complaints and coordinate with technical/field teams for resolution.
- Follow up on open tickets, installations, and dispatches until closure.
- Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, AMC/subscription renewals, payment reminders, and customer surveys.




- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs while ensuring data privacy.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volume, open tickets, resolution status, and turnaround time.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to the relevant teams.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or call centre operations.
- Experience with electronics, telecom, GPS tracking, or IoT products will be preferred.
- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and IoT products.
- Working knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, patience, and empathy.
