Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our US Process team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in US-based customer service processes , excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

This is an onsite role based at Panchkula IT Park , requiring candidates to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for US-based customers.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Follow established processes, policies, and service standards.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.




- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US-process requirements.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a US-based process.
- Prior experience working with US clients/customers is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good computer proficiency and ability to work with customer service/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours .
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
