CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE @anantam

Location: South Extension Part II, Recent Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role anantam is looking for a polished, customer-focused Luxury Customer Care Executive to manage client communication and the front desk at our South Extension store. The role requires excellent communication, a professional presence and the ability to provide a seamless experience to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Manage the store’s front desk and coordinate customer appointments and walk-ins.
- Assist clients with product availability, orders, alterations, deliveries and other post-sale queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse and management to ensure smooth resolution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending orders, appointments and other requirements.
- Assist the sales team with customer service and sales on the floor when required.




- Maintain a polished, welcoming and organised front-desk environment.
- Build positive relationships with anantam’s clientele and uphold the brand’s luxury service standards.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Polished, well-groomed and confident personality.
- Strong customer-service orientation with attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling affluent and high-value clientele.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient with WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, premium customer service or a similar environment is preferred.

What We Look For Someone who is warm and personable without being overly casual, confident without being pushy, and capable of taking ownership of a customer's requirement from the first call through to resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
