Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Mohali location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, or other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with product, order, delivery, return, exchange, and service-related queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve complaints professionally within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO / Retail preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer queries and complaints.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Indore location.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
