Role Description The Customer Sales Specialist role at YES BANK is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial needs, recommending suitable banking products and services, and supporting them through the onboarding process.

The specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide service support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales and service targets, maintaining accurate customer records, adhering to compliance and risk policies,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently. The role also includes participating in ongoing training initiatives and sharing market and customer insights to support continuous improvement of products and processes.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering a positive customer experience.

- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, UPI, and basic financial products (accounts, loans, cards, deposits) is preferred.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to security and confidentiality guidelines are essential.
