Hiring for Customer Service for UK based telecom brand blended process (Contractual)
Domain: Telecomunnication
Criteria: Undergrad with 6 months international BPO experience or graduate freshers can apply
Shifts: UK rotational (11am to 4am any 9 hour) and 2 rotational offs
Salary: Up to 5 LPA CTC (Based on experience and last drawn)
Location: Vikhroli East, Mumbai
Mode: WFO only
Roles & Responsibilities: To resolve customer queries regarding billing and network related issues over email, chat and voice.
