We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to lead customer engagement and a small sales team at our Dibrugarh showroom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building long-term customer relationships, handling escalations, and mentoring the team — in line with MNJ’s legacy of trust, purity, and personalised jewellery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide a team of 5–6 sales executives to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Oversee daily customer interactions and take ownership of complex or escalated queries.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and referrals.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Train, mentor, and support team members on product knowledge, service standards, and customer handling.
- Capture and update customer feedback/insights; suggest improvements for better experience.
- Support the showroom in achieving sales and service excellence targets.

Requirements:





- 5 – 10 years of experience with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
- Proven experience in team handling/mentoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong conflict-resolution ability.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a must.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
- Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
