Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager (Telesales & Service)

We are conducting a Walk-In Interview Drive for Customer Relationship Managers who can manage customer interaction through telesales while ensuring a seamless service experience. This role focuses on striking the perfect balance between lead conversion and relationship building.

Job Profile & Responsibilities This is a dynamic role combining inside sales strategies with client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

- Integrated Telesales: Connect with potential leads, understand their needs, pitch our products/services, and close sales over the phone.
- Customer Service Support: Act as the primary point of contact for registered customers, resolving their issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers to maximize retention,



upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- End-to-End Assistance: Manage the customer lifecycle from the initial pitch through to post-sale support.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and updates in our system.

Candidate Requirements

- Joiner Status: Only Immediate Joiners need apply.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (Inside Sales/Telesales/Lead Generation).
- Language Proficiency:
- Must be good in Tamil.
- Qualified proficiency in English is highly desired.
- Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam) is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Orientation: Customer-first attitude with the ability to work under targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
