CRM Manager – Real Estate

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, ensuring seamless customer service, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer relationship activities from booking to Agreement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Handle customer documentation, agreements, demand letters, and other post-sales processes.




- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and coordinate with the Accounts team.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare MIS reports, customer status reports, and CRM dashboards.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

- Experience in post-sales customer service within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CRM Executive in the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
- Experience in real estate projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
