We are seeking a welcoming, customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to manage client interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and build lasting loyalty at our Dibrugarh showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in clients, assist with inquiries, and guide them through our jewelry collections to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients, keeping them updated on recent arrivals, custom orders, and exclusive collections.

- Feedback & Service Quality: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback to continuously elevate showroom service standards.

- Database & Loyalty Programs: Maintain accurate customer data, manage loyalty program registrations, and assist in executing targeted client outreach campaigns.

- Coordination: Liaise between clients, sales consultants, and store management to ensure seamless handling of custom orders, servicing, and after-sales support.

Key Requirements





- Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or hospitality (experience in retail jewelry or luxury retail is preferred).

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Assamese, Hindi, and English.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and data management tools.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
