GWON Property Management is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, understand customer requirements, provide timely assistance, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending customer requests until they are addressed.
- Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
- Meet assigned customer-service and follow-up targets.




- Maintain professional communication and behaviour.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, sales, telecalling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/customer management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer records.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Professional, confident, patient, and customer-focused approach.
