Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate support. Main Responsibilities: Communicate with existing and potential customers. Understand customer requirements and queries. Provide information about company products and services. Follow up with customers regularly. Handle basic customer complaints and concerns. Maintain customer information and interaction records.
Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
