Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.





• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the bank's offerings remain competitive.
