Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales and client relationships for our Events & Travel business. The role involves lead generation, client handling, sales pitching, event coordination, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the events and travel sector.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Handle client meetings, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for event and travel requirements.
Support event planning, venue coordination, logistics,



and travel arrangements.
Assist with promotional activities, market research, and business development.
Maintain sales records, client data, and regular sales reports.
Resolve client queries and ensure timely service delivery.
Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Events, Travel, or related fields.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Positive coordination and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings/events when required.
Freshers with robust sales aptitude may also be considered.
