About Jadro Steel

We design and build LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) and steel structure buildings: homes, offices, site buildings and more, for clients across East and Northeast India. We're a close-knit team that likes solving real problems, and we're looking for a Junior Architect to grow with us.

Following up with clients on technical questions and giving them transparent answers on the architecture
Attending our regular video calls with our structural engineer in Pune to finalise the structural design,

and over time running these meetings yourself
Checking the final drawings once they come in, and flagging any discrepancies

What we're looking for
1 to 3 years of practical, hands-on work experience
Valuable command of AutoCAD and SketchUp
Comfortable speaking English, Bengali and Hindi, because you'll be talking to clients a lot
Articulate, confident and friendly with people
