We are looking for an experienced Assistant Security Officer to manage and supervise security operations at our factory locations in Gummidipoondi and Manali.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise security guards and manage shift-wise deployment.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
Ensure proper gate pass and visitor management procedures.
Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any security concerns.
Conduct regular security rounds across the factory premises.
Maintain security registers, records and daily reports.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Stores, Dispatch and other departments.
Monitor security guard attendance, discipline and performance.
Handle security incidents and emergency situations.
Ensure proper shift handover and takeover.
Coordinate with the security agency for manpower and operational requirements.
Report major security issues to the management immediately.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in factory/industrial security operations.
Experience in supervising security guards and shift operations.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, gate management and material movement.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Factory/manufacturing experience is preferred.
