What does the job entail?
Working with the Zonal Head (ZH) to support day-to-day business requirements, performance monitoring and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for ZH review and management discussions.
Provide business performance analysis, trends and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate with RH/BH/Branch teams and other stakeholders to collect, validate and consolidate business data.
Coordinate with Insurance/Business teams during month-end for data collection, reconciliation, follow-ups and timely closure.
Manage and coordinate Zonal-level events, meetings, campaigns and business initiatives, including invitations,



communication, attendance and post-event reporting.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, business review decks and performance trackers for ZH and management meetings.
Maintain dashboards, trackers and databases with high accuracy and within defined TAT.
Handle ad-hoc reports, analysis and data requirements from the ZH and business teams.
Follow up with respective teams for pending data, action points and business deliverables.
Identify prospects for MIS automation and process improvement to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
