Job Summary:

The Strategy & Policy Division (SPD) at QCI is seeking dynamic professionals to support high-impact national-level projects focused on policy design, government transformation, and strategic execution.

Selected candidates will work closely with government stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor large-scale transformation programs that directly impact public service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research and convert findings into actionable insights, briefs, and executive summaries
Collect, clean, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for project decision-making
Develop dashboards, reports, and infographics for effective data visualisation
Engage with government and project stakeholders for interviews, surveys, and requirements gathering
Support change management activities, including workshops, communication materials, and implementation support
Track project deliverables, maintain MIS, and ensure timely execution of work plans
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and policy documents




Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced workplace
Strong documentation and report-writing skills
Understanding of policy, governance, or public sector projects (preferred)
Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations

Preferred Background:
Masters/Bachelors degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields
Experience in consulting, policy research, government advisory, CSR, or project management roles
Exposure to government projects or large-scale transformation initiatives will be an advantage
