We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads and creating opportunities for Catalydd’s consulting and engineering services.
The role will involve market research, prospect identification, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and follow-ups with business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential B2B clients across manufacturing, automotive, engineering, industrial and other relevant sectors.
• Generate recent leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research and business databases.
• Identify key decision-makers such as Business Heads, Plant Heads, Quality Heads, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, Operations Heads and CXOs.
• Understand the prospect’s business requirements and identify potential areas where Catalydd’s services can add value.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on business potential.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development / Consulting team.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Maintain lead-generation reports, databases and daily activity trackers.
• Conduct market research to identify recent industries, companies and business prospects.
• Support the Business Development team in converting leads into prospective client engagements.
• Achieve defined daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
Key Skills & Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or B2B Sales.
• Strong interest in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
